about me
Drew is a registered dietitian in Buffalo, NY. He is an online instructor for SUNY Buffalo State, teaching nutrition and dietetics courses as part of the Dietetics Didactic Program within the School of Natural and Social Science - Health, Nutrition and Dietetics department. Drew is an instructional designer who uses Backwards Design, the Intentional Method, and the Integrated Approach to promote and faciliate Fink's Significant Learning Experiences (2013). Drew has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, and an MS (Dec 2017) in Adult Education, which focuses on instructional design, program planning, and social and philosophical perspectives and methodologies in adult education. Drew runs a small private practice, providing nutritional services to individuals, families, and small food product companies.
