I received my PhD in Genetics in 2015 from Stony Brook University. I am passionate about science communication and teaching. After finishing my dissertation, I worked as Workshop Supervisor for the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook, then as a lecturer in the Biology Department. I just began a postdoctoral position in the Division of Information Technology/ Teaching, Learning & Technology, also at Stony Brook, where I will help build and deliver programming for STEM Faculty and Graduate Students to develop their teaching.
